House Rules
The house's water supply is treated borehole water & is not subject to water restrictions. There is solar power and battery back-up.
No smoking permitted.
Pets will be allowed if suitable, please get in touch with owners.
The house has a long spiral staircase a wide spacing on the railings of the second-floor balcony which may be a safety concern for 2 to 4-year-olds or guests with disabilities.
Linen, bath, and beach towels are provided.
Bookings of 10 nights minimum throughout the year except for the Festive Season (15 December to 15 January) when the minimum booking is 18 nights.
Should guests require a housekeeper/cleaning service; arrangements can be made. This would be for the guests' expense.
