House Rules

1. Check-in and Check-out Times

Check-in: From 14:00, subject to prior arrangement and approval. Guests are requested to confirm their arrival time in advance. Check-out: Between 09:30 and 10:00.
This time is strictly enforced to allow for cleaning and preparation for incoming guests.

2. Guests

Only the registered guests may stay in the unit. No additional overnight guests are allowed without prior arrangement and approval.

3. Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Any smoking inside the unit may result in a fine of up to R1,000.

4. Parties and Noise

No parties, functions, or events are permitted without prior arrangement and approval. Noise must be kept to a minimum, especially between 22:00 and 07:00, out of respect for other residents and the peaceful environment.

5. Pets

No pets are allowed, as the unit does not have a fenced yard.

6. Children

Children of all ages are welcome. Please note that no baby cots or extra beds are available

7. Security and Parking

Free, secure parking is provided on the premises. The property is monitored by CCTV 24/7 and is under armed response. Guests park at their own risk, although all reasonable security measures are in place.

8. Care of the Property

Guests are requested to treat the unit, furniture, and fittings with care. Any damage to the property or its contents may result in a damage charge of up to R1,000, in line with the property’s damage policy.

9. Cleanliness and Departure

The unit is professionally cleaned prior to arrival. Basic cleaning products are provided for use during your stay. Upon check-out, guests are requested to: Leave the unit in a reasonably neat and tidy condition.

10. Smoking, Flames, and Safety

No open flames, candles, or dangerous devices are permitted. Please do not leave electrical appliances unattended.

11. Non-Compliance

Failure to comply with these house rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund, as well as reporting to the booking platform.
