Our self-catering apartment offers secure parking (electric fencing and access via a motorized gate) as well as wifi, laundry facilities, a flat screen tv, DSTV, Netflix, a separate living room and fully-equipped kitchen. The unit has a private stoep with a patio dining set and private braai facilities. The unit is ideal for professionals who travel for work or need a home away from home or for travelers looking for a safe and well-equipped place to stay. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and there's a bunk bed in the living room. The unit can sleep a maximum of 4 people. We are outgoing and friendly hosts, who strive to meet the needs of our guests. We live on the property, so should you need anything, we are right next door and can help in a jiffy. We love the outdoors, socializing, and traveling and would love to welcome you to our cozy little corner of Wolseley! The unit is centrally located and within walking distance of town center, shops etc. We are a short drive from attractions such as Waverley Hills, Mountain Ridge Cellars, Botha Cellars, The Creative Hub, HillBilly Farm, and Fynbos Animal Sanctuary, to name a few. We are situated in one of Wolseley's main roads, so we are easy to find.

Please use designated outdoor areas such as the patio or yard for smoking. Please use the ashtrays provided.
There is braai facilities available on the patio, please keep roofs and walls in mind when making fire.
We do not allow guests to entertain, have parties, or invite guests of their own during their stay. Extra guests need to be arranged for and paid for at the applicable rates.
No music for entertainment e.g. Bluetooth speakers or from the boot of your car, etc. is allowed
Quiet time is from 10pm to 8am. Keep general 'noise' as low as possible to not disturb other guests/residents.
Guests are requested to respect other guests/neighbors , the property and the privacy of all.
Guest will be held responsible for any breakages and or losses during your stay.
If guests do not abide by the house rules, the stay can be cancelled.
