Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1200 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Guests have to inform the property in advance of their expected arrival time.
Check in times will be from 3 to 6 PM. Any earlier or later check in or out times will be charged R200 per hour.
No check-in after 9 PM will be accommodated.
Check out times is from 8 to 10 AM. Any later checkouts must be arranged priorly, and will be charged R200 per hour.
Guests are required to provide the full names and identification of all guests that will occupy the unit, as well as the car registration number, make, and model of the vehicle that they will need parking space for.
Please note a refundable breakage deposit of R1200, is due before arrival.
The deposit will be fully refunded by bank transfer within 14 days of the checkout, if there's no damage to the property upon inspection of the checkout.
It is Guests own responsibility to inspect the inventory and report any missing of broken items within 24 hours to our host. If no items are being reported, we will consider that all items on the inventory are intact and nothing is missing. A copy of our inventory is in the unit.
The property does not accommodate Parties.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM.
No smoking and no pets allowed.
