House Rules

A 50% deposit of the rental fee is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance payable a week prior to arrival into the designated bank account.
Payment of the deposit will be regarded as acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and will therefore secure the booking.

Upon arrival, guests are expected to carefully review the special instructions provided. The guest is responsible for the conduct of their guests during the rental period and must ensure that the property is used with care, respect, and in accordance with the rules as set out in the Special Instructions.

The maximum occupancy of each house is limited to the specified number of guests.

Any loss or damage to the owner’s property—including the inverter, linen, fittings, fixtures, equipment, or any other items—will be assessed solely by Be in Bettysbaai, and the guest will be required to pay for such damage on demand. Guests must notify Be in Bettysbaai of any loss or damage prior to departure.

Children must be supervised at all times when using the swimming pool, wood-fired hot tub, or Jacuzzi.

If, for reasons beyond the control of the owner or Be in Bettysbaai, the accommodation becomes unfit for occupation during the rental period, the guest will receive a refund limited to the period of unavailability. No further compensation will be provided.

The owner and Be in Bettysbaai reserve the right to cancel the booking at any time, before or during the rental period, should guests behave inappropriately or cause a disturbance, at the sole discretion of the owner or Be in Bettysbaai.

Guests must observe quiet hours, which begin at 22:00.

The guest confirms that they have received and read the Terms and Conditions set by Be in Betty’s Bay Rentals.
