Please note that the property is reached via a dirt road. The dirt road may be rough during the rainy season. A 4x4 is not required, although a high-clearance vehicle is recommended. Guests are advised to travel slowly and cautiously while enjoying the surrounding countryside.
Any contravention of the house rules may incur additional fees.

Commercial filming is not permitted.
Smoking, vaping, and drug use are not permitted.
Parties and events are not permitted.
Fishing is catch-and-release only, and the use of de-barbed hooks is encouraged.
