House Rules
Please note that the Calypso Beach Body Corporate enforces strict security and residential guidelines.
To ensure compliance, all guests are required to submit valid ID copies and vehicle registration numbers prior to arrival. Only registered guests and vehicles will be granted access to the estate.
As this is a quiet residential area, no parties or loud noise are permitted, and entry will not be allowed for any unregistered visitors.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors.
Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, is provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request, with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, and will incur an additional charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in. The amount depends on the standard of the property and may be adjusted at the discretion of the owner or management.
To promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits reasonable daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, an additional fee applies.
