This unit can accommodate up to 4 guests in its 1 bedroom. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a bunk bed ideal for children. Guests share a separate bathroom fitted with a shower. Wi-Fi is available for guests' convenience. The open-plan living area features comfortable seating, a TV for entertainment, and a kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge-freezer, mini oven with a 2-plate stove, a microwave, and coffee- and tea-making facilities. Guests can relax on a patio outside and use the private braai facilities available.

Drugs and illegal substances such as dagga (cannabis), as well as hubbly bubbly (hookah), are strictly prohibited on the resort and may not be brought onto our property.
a. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside our chalets.
b. Our chalets are equipped for a maximum of 4 persons.
c. No personal heaters are allowed. Chalets are equipped with air conditioners and panel heaters in the bedrooms.
d. We use a septic tank sewage system. Please do not flush anything that is not guaranteed to decompose.
a. No glass is allowed in or around the swimming pool areas.
b. Our heated pool is heated by a heat pump.
i. Water temperature is set to 30 degrees Celsius.
ii. Heat pump operating hours are 06:00 to 11:00 and 15:00 to 20:00 from August to April, and 09:00 to 15:00 from May to July.
iii. Heated water is not guaranteed during winter and is subject to weather conditions.
a. No wood may be collected or broken off trees to make a fire. Braai wood / charcoal / briquettes are available for purchase.
b. Fires may only be made in our designated braai facilities.
c. All fires must be properly extinguished before going to sleep for the night.
No wildlife (wild animals, birds, farm animals, etc.) may be frightened or chased. They roam freely for your enjoyment.
Modubu Lodge is a bushveld retreat where peace and tranquility prevail. No loud music, public disturbances, or fireworks are allowed.
Radio-controlled aircraft (drones, planes, helicopters) are not allowed.
No littering is allowed anywhere on the resort. We follow the motto: “Leave nothing but footprints, take nothing but photographs, kill nothing but time.”
Right of admission is reserved.
Modubu Lodge reserves the right to remove any guest from the premises for non-compliance with the terms and conditions. No refunds will apply in such cases.
