House Rules
No parties are permitted, including bachelor parties, 21st celebrations, matric farewell parties, or similar events.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
No loud music or excessive noise is permitted after 22:00.
Guests are not permitted to walk through the fynbos or access the golf course.
No pets are allowed.
Speed regulations:
As the estate is home to residents and visitors who walk, jog, cycle, and enjoy the natural surroundings, including protected vegetation, antelope, and tortoises, strict speed limits must be observed at all times. Speed cameras are in operation on the estate and may capture vehicles from both the front and rear.
