Description

The Black Barn is a charming self-catering flatlet in Paradise, Knysna, offering panoramic views of the lagoon and estuary. It is ideal for both business and leisure travellers, for short- or long-term stays.

The flatlet accommodates up to 6 guests in 2 bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed. The living area has 2 day beds. A shared bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin. Linen and towels are provided.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, 2-plate gas stove, air fryer, dishwasher, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Meals can be enjoyed at the dining table. The living area features a smart TV, a fireplace, and comfortable seating.

Guests have access to a patio with outdoor seating and braai facilities. A washing machine and clothesline are provided. A bottle of milk, tea, and coffee are supplied, along with consumables such as toilet paper and detergents for the dishwasher and washing machine. FREE wood is provided for the fireplace and braai.

Additional facilities include a games room with a pool table, a combined foosball/table tennis/air hockey table, an arcade machine, and a projector with surround sound and Chromecast for movie nights. Complimentary Wi-Fi and secure off-street parking are provided.

The flatlet has a backup power system and does not experience load-shedding. All photos were taken on site.
