Please minimise use of the outside deck after 22:00 to avoid inconvenience to our neighbours.
The games room can be enjoyed at all hours as it is away from living areas.
We do not charge cleaning fees, nor do we expect guests to clean the unit themselves.
The unit will be clean on your arrival, and cleaned on Tuesdays during extended stays.
No smoking is allowed inside the unit, but please feel free to smoke on the outside deck
