No parties, events, loud music, or disruptive behaviour are permitted. Quiet hours apply from 22:00 to 07:00.
A maximum of 2 guests per bedroom is allowed. Only guests included in the booking are permitted to stay overnight.
All guests are required to adhere to the estate rules and regulations. The estate speed limit is 30 km/h. Any fines issued by the estate due to non-compliance will be for the guest’s account.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house or rooms. No illegal substances are allowed on the property.
Children must be supervised at all times. The host accepts no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings.
Please note the following Jacuzzi and hot tub rules:
No glass items are permitted near the Jacuzzi.
Guests are requested to shower before use and avoid oils, lotions, sand, and self-tanning products.
An outdoor shower is available for rinsing off before use.
The cover must be replaced after use.
Misuse may result in an additional cleaning fee.
Guests are kindly requested to report any damages or breakages immediately. Damaged or missing items will be charged at replacement or repair value.
The unit is serviced before check-in and after check-out. Guests are requested to leave the property in a neat and reasonable condition. Excessive mess may result in an additional cleaning fee. Additional cleaning services can be arranged prior to arrival at an extra cost.
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Self check-in and check-out apply.
Guests are requested to make use of the bins provided and refrain from littering anywhere on the property or estate.
Parking is only permitted in the allocated parking areas. Please do not block driveways, garages, walkways, or estate roads. Guests are kindly requested to park thoughtfully, as the parking area is situated in front of an occupied apartment. A trailer may be parked under the covered parking area or in the designated parking area near the estate entrance. Space is available for up to 5 vehicles in front of the house. Should these bays be occupied, guests may make use of the parking area near the estate entrance.
Guests are requested to switch off appliances when not in use and to use electricity and water responsibly.
The host or maintenance staff may access the property when necessary for maintenance, repairs, cleaning, or emergencies. Guests will be informed where possible.
Failure to adhere to the house rules may result in additional charges, estate fines, or cancellation of the booking without a refund.
