A friendly reminder that the renovation project is scheduled to begin on 17 February 2025 and will continue for approximately six months. We will provide regular updates on the progress to assist with planning. Please note that the work may be noisy, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Authorised staff may use body-worn cameras during evictions, safety threats, property damage, non-compliance, or trespassing. Guests will be notified that the interaction is being recorded. Cameras are only used in common or outdoor areas, never in bedrooms or bathrooms. Footage is stored securely, accessed only by authorised staff, and used only for investigations, disputes, or legal/insurance purposes, in line with South African law (POPIA & Constitution)
