House Rules
No off-road driving allowed, access to neighbouring farms prohibited.
Guests are able to enquire about children as well.
Please note that pets are not allowed in the nature reserve.
Refuse to be taken with you when you leave, as we do not have refuse facilities in the reserve.
The Kliphuis is to be used at your own risk. Please be aware of the dangers such as snakes, steep cliffs and stairs, floods and other animals.
Please bring your own drinking water. The water for the house is provided from tanks above the house and may be stagnant for some time. Please use sparingly.
The dirt road of about 20 km to the house is adequate for any vehicle. The last 2 km over the dam wall to the house is rough, and a high clearance vehicle is recommended. Smaller vehicles will be able to cross, but please take caution.
Guests should enquire about the condition of the road, before arrival, as it could be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
