Extra Fees

Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport is required at check-in. All properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, is provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in. The amount depends on the standard of the property and may be adjusted at the discretion of the owner or management.
To ensure a sustainable and comfortable experience for all guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that allows for reasonable daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host. Arrivals after 00:00 incur a fee of R350.
