House Rules

Pool Access: The pool is exclusively available to guests staying at Owl’s Haven. Guests from other apartments are not permitted to use it.
Parking: Please use only the designated parking areas as directed during check-in.
Patio Access: The enclosed patio is not available to guests staying at Owl’s Haven.
Courtesy: Guests are requested to be considerate of others staying on the property.
Children and Pets:
Children are not permitted.
Pets may be allowed upon request.

Guests are requested to carefully review the special instructions provided upon arrival.

Guests are responsible for the conduct of their visitors during their stay and must ensure that the accommodation is used with care, respect, and in accordance with the rules set out in the Special Instructions.

The maximum capacity of each house is limited to the specified number of guests.

Any loss or damage to the accommodation, including the converter, linens, fixtures, appliances, equipment, or other items, will be assessed solely by Be in McGregor, and guests will be required to pay for such damage upon request. Guests must notify Be in McGregor of any loss or damage prior to departure.

Children must be supervised at all times.
