A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the property and may be amended at the owner’s or management’s discretion.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and will incur an extra charge.
Please note that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair-use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the event of unusually high usage, a modest reimbursement may be requested.
