Check-In Policy

Where self-check-in is not permitted by the building, guests must be checked in personally by a member of our team.

Check-in after 18:00: Late check-in fee of ZAR 250
Check-in after 22:00: Late check-in fee of ZAR 450

Third-Party Bookings
Third-party bookings are only permitted if approved by us prior to the reservation being made.

Noise & Conduct
Our apartments are located within residential buildings occupied by permanent residents. We kindly ask all guests to respect the community and building regulations.

No loud noise after 20:00
Strict quiet hours apply from 22:00 onwards
Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and anywhere within the building.

Failure to comply may result in:

A fine of up to ZAR 1,000
Immediate termination of the reservation without refund

Occupancy & Visitors
The maximum occupancy of the apartment may not be exceeded at any time, including visitors.

2-Sleeper Apartments: Maximum of 2 people
4-Sleeper Apartments: Maximum of 4 people
Overnight guests are not permitted unless they are included on the original reservation.

Check-In Documentation
All guests are required to provide proof of identification after booking. Upon arrival, guests may be asked to present their identification again and sign a check-in form confirming acceptance of these house rules.

Cleaning Services
Complimentary cleaning is included only for stays longer than 7 nights.

Additional cleaning services can be arranged at an extra cost.

Electricity Usage (Long-Term Stays)
For reservations of 28 nights or longer, electricity is included up to ZAR 500 per month.

Any consumption exceeding this allowance will be charged to the guest and must be settled before departure.
