House Rules

Mid-Stay Refresh (Optional Add-On) – R250.00 per visit.
This includes light cleaning of the living area and bathroom, towel refresh, bin emptying, a quick floor mop, and making up the bed. It is best suited for guests staying four or more nights who want a tidy-up without a full clean.

Extended Stay Clean (7+ Nights) – Mandatory for stays longer than seven nights (automatically charged) at R450.00 per visit.
This service includes a full linen and towel change, a deep clean of the bathroom, a full kitchen clean, balcony sweep and wipe-down, and vacuuming and mopping of floors. It is ideal for weekly cleaning during long-term stays.

Post-Long-Stay Deep Clean (14+ Nights) – Mandatory and automatically charged for bookings longer than 14 nights at R550.00 per stay.
This includes a full apartment deep clean, oven cleaning, fridge deep clean, balcony furniture cleaning, and stain treatment if required. It is best suited for guests staying over two weeks.

Linen & Towel Replacement Only (On Request) – R150.00 per set.
This provides a fresh set of towels and linen for guests who require an extra set without a full clean.
