House Rules
Guests are kindly requested to be mindful of noise levels to ensure a comfortable environment for all. Excessive noise, including loud music, is not permitted, particularly during designated quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Operating Hours:
Monday - Sunday: 8:00 am - 10:00 pm
Note, the kitchen closes at 8:30 pm
The bar remains open until 10:00 pm
Service Times:
Breakfast: 8:00 am - 11:00am
Lunch: 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Dinner: 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Room service is available. For the hotel the waitier will bring your food directly to your room, but for the villas you'll need to come collect it at the hotel.
Excluding Hot Tub Fee - Extra Charge Cost is a Once-off fee of R500 per use.
Hot tub needs to be booked before your arrival or any time during your stay before 15:00
What's Included: Tub filled + 1 bag of wood to start the fire + Firelighters + Matches.
Optional Refill: R500 per refill (on request).
Extra Wood: Can be purchased at reception
Safety Note: You'll need to light the fire yourself; it takes 2–3 hours to heat.
