Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Guests can make use of the braai area but will need to bring their own braai & grid, charcoal and wood.
If 2 guests want separate bedrooms, an additional fee will be added. A cash fee is payable per night on arrival.
The rate advertised is for a couple sharing one bedroom; the other bedroom is closed.
Please note that the breakage deposit needs to be paid in cash on arrival, as there are no card facilities.
Please note that the balance of the deposit needs to be paid strictly in cash on the day of arrival.
Safe parking for boats is available on request and at an additional fee per night.
The cottage is totally private and walled.
The owners live in the house next door.
No other electrical appliances can be brought to the cottage and plugged in.
No big trucks are allowed.
No parties/loud music are allowed after 22:00.
Guests need to advise the host of a rough check-in time, as keys need to be given to the guests.
