Breakage Deposit

House Rules

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
Events, parties, and social gatherings with loud music are not allowed within the premises.
No noise is allowed after 10 pm.
Please respect the quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00.
Pets are not permitted on the premises.
Guests should refrain from taking indoor cushions and not move furniture.
The apartment should be kept clean and tidy.

Failure to comply with any of these rules will result in forfeiture of the breakage deposit.
Noise complaints may lead to eviction from the apartment.

If the apartment is left in good condition and no house rules are broken, the full deposit will be returned within 2 days of check-out.
