The apartments are located in residential buildings with permanent residents. Please respect the community and building rules.
No loud noise after 20:00, and complete quiet is expected after 22:00.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and within the building. Violation may result in a fine and possible immediate eviction.
A maximum of two people, including visitors, are allowed in the apartment at any time.
No overnight guests are permitted unless they are listed on the original booking.
Complimentary cleaning is only included for stays longer than 7 nights.
For bookings of 28 nights or more, electricity usage is limited to R500 for a one-bedroom unit and R750 for a two-bedroom unit.
