House Rules
HOUSE RULES & ESTATE RULES
1. The Seasons Eco Golf Estate is a tranquil Residential and Wildlife Estate and guests need to respect the tranquility of neighbors and wildlife hence NO PARTIES & NO LOUD MUSIC at all times please.
2. The Estate is secure and guest friendly for running and walking. Please take care and apply good golf etiquette around golfers (quiet and no movement) in order not to disturb golfers while they participate in tournament play. Please refrain from the use of the Lapa between 9am and 4.30pm due to immediate proximity to the green no 11
3. Residential and Estate By Laws prohibit all noise after 10pm daily.
4. Copy of Estate Rules are available on site. Please adhere to Estate Rules.
5. The Estate is children and animal friendly. Hence, please adhere to the rule of a vehicle speed limited of 30km per hour at all times. Please see that the speed limit is 30km/hr on the estate, and please be aware of the camera just after you pass the golf course clubhouse after the second boom. Speed fines are applicable accordingly if you exceed the speed limit. Please drive with caution as we do have children and animals traversing on the roads within the Estate
5. The Home is located on the 11th Putting Green of the Golf Course, which is amazingly picturesque but requires constraints in terms of noise levels and good golfing etiquette when golfers are playing on the putting green.
6. To ensure Security and Safety the Seasons Eco Golf and Wildlife Estate requires guests to sign in and out at the entrance to the Estate. The Host will assist this process by issuing daily entry and exit codes for the duration of your stay. Please will you send your host a list of the names of the persons that will be staying for the period of the booking in order to assist with a smooth book in and access via Main Gate Security at Seasons Golf and Wildlife Estate.
7. Please note that access must be limited only to the Guests residing at the Premises only. No visitors please.
8. Facilities include a Pool and a Koi Pond. The pool is elevated and closed on two sides. The Koi Pond is open on all four sides. Please protect and manage non swim persons around these areas. Swimming at own risk.
9. Deactivated Security Cameras and Recording devices for common areas are present but deactivated and not operational.
