Matric rage bookings are not permitted.

Quiet hours are 22:00 to 06:00. During this time, no noise is permitted. This is a quiet residential complex. Please do not play music on patios, stairways, or walkways, and avoid any behaviour that may cause disturbance, as sound travels easily.
Estate management may issue a fine for noise disturbances.
