Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis with heat-and-eat facilities. The facilities include a microwave and a kettle.

House Rules

Please note that the host has a friendly dog on-site. If you are uncomfortable with dogs, kindly inform the host in advance so that alternative arrangements can be made.
Smoking is not permitted inside the studio. Guests are welcome to use the designated outdoor smoking area and are kindly asked to dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
Please refrain from making loud noises between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
Guests are requested to keep the space neat and tidy throughout their stay.
Kindly use the bins provided for waste and recycling where possible.
No visitors are permitted on the premises.
Any accidental breakages or damages should be reported to the host immediately.
Parties, gatherings, and events are strictly prohibited.
Please ensure that all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property, and keep valuables safe at all times.
