Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R25000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
No smoking is allowed. Ashtrays are not provided.
No pets are allowed.
No babies or small children are permitted, as no cots or baby facilities are provided.
The property is not a party house. The nature of the property and the neighbourhood must be respected. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Responsible use of the jacuzzi is required. This includes not running it at the highest temperature throughout the night. No glass is allowed in the jacuzzi, and children must be supervised at all times.
The house accommodates 8 guests. Any additional visitors must be reported in advance.
