Guest Registration:
You will be required to sign a separate guest registration form prior to arrival in order for us to facilitate your check-in.
Electricity – Load Shedding:
South Africa experiences intermittent power outages known as load-shedding, which typically last for 2.5 hours or more. These outages are often unannounced, and unfortunately, beyond our control.
Most of our property owners have implemented backup measures to minimise disruption and ensure your comfort. However, we recommend downloading the ESP – The Loadshedding App from your app store to help you track outages and plan accordingly.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience. Please note that Turnkey365 and the property owner cannot be held liable for refunds, compensation, or discounts due to load-shedding or any related service disruptions.
Noise Control:
This apartment is located in a quiet residential area and is subject to strict noise regulations enforced by the body corporate and city council. Please be mindful of the following rules:
No parties of any kind are permitted.
No noise or music audible to neighbours is allowed between 21:00 and 07:00 on weekdays, and between 22:00 and 07:00 on weekends.
No hooting or shouting in the street at any time.
If you have guests visiting, please inform them that parking is limited. They must not park in front of another resident’s garage or driveway.
