Excellent service and the perfect safe location for us. We visited our family in the Olivedale Retirement Village and came back to our unit in the evenings to find the unit clean and all cups washed. What a treat! The heated light in the bathroom was such a bonus. Friendly and helpful staff. They go the extra mile to make your stay special. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We received 5-star service.

Goed geleë, uitstekende diens, baie lekker geslaap, sal dit regtig aanbeveel! Het net oornag, my kind moes hospitaal toe vir 'n operasie. Die plek is uitstekend geleë, goed georganiseer, sonder enige probleme en veilig!

It was great but cold. Other than my room being too cold, I enjoyed my stay. I totally understand the no extra electrical appliance rule, but maybe provide the guests with heaters as the room was freezing cold and the only place to get heat was in the bathroom.

Hi Tumisang, I am glad that you enjoyed your stay. Apologies about the cold, but there is a heater in the room, which I confirmed with the staff was in your room during your stay. I’m not sure how you missed it or why you didn’t reach out to me about it. Regardless, I am happy you had a good stay.
