Any pets are not allowed on the property.
Guests are expected to please handle the property and all belongings with care. Please leave the home the same way you received it.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home.
Any parties or private functions are strictly not allowed.
Guests are not allowed to leave any dirty dishes behind.
Please do not move any furniture around.
Please don't open or close the sleeper couches in the living areas, the hosts will handle it for you.
Any visitors that were not booked for, are not allowed.
Basic items are provided. If these items are removed, guests will be charged for them.
Music must be played at a reasonable level at all times and no music is allowed after 22:00.
If anything breaks, guests will have to pay for it.
The blinds and windows must be closed, and the alarm must be activated when guests leave the unit.
Failure to follow any house rules may result in eviction without a refund.
The owner and manager do not accept responsibility for any damage, theft, injury or death to you, your family or visitors during your stay at the premises for any reason whatsoever.
