Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
For security reasons, no day visitors are permitted.
The maximum occupancy of the villa must be strictly adhered to at all times. A penalty of R1000 per person will be charged for any breach of this rule.
Music may be played at a reasonable volume and must be stopped by 22h00. No loud music or excessive noise is permitted.
No parties or private functions are allowed. Eden Rock Forest Estate reserves the right to evict guests who do not comply with this rule, and a penalty of R2000 will be charged.
The breakage deposit is payable at least 2 days prior to arrival and will be refunded within 3 days after departure.
Housekeeping and laundry services are available on request. Arrangements must be made prior to arrival, and additional fees may apply.
