No students allowed.
Maximum of 5 guests per apartment.
No pets permitted.
Quiet hours: after 22:00, please keep noise to a minimum.
Smoking is allowed inside the unit; however, drug use is strictly prohibited.
Guests must not tamper with the locked owner’s cupboard.
Guests must bring their own towels and toilet paper.
Additional Information
Free WiFi, Netflix, and OpenView are included. The Smart TV also supports DSTV, Disney+ and other streaming apps (guests may log in with their own accounts).
The complex offers a cleaning service Monday–Saturday.
If a deposit has been paid, the outstanding balance must be settled 72 hours before arrival.
A lock-up safe is available in the main bedroom.
The same remote used at the entrance gate will also open the beach gate (stand close to the gate for it to work).
