Description

Villa Le Roc is a beautiful holiday house for friends and family and is situated in Kleinmond.

The accommodation consists of 2 private units located on the ground floor level, each of which can accommodate 4 guests and a large upstairs unit that can accommodate 6 to 8 guests. Each of the ground floor units comprises a main bedroom furnished with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower and toilet.

Both units have an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen and living area. Both lounges have comfy lounge suites and wall-mounted flat-screen TVs with full DStv. Free Wi-Fi access is also provided. The units each have a lovely patio area which has an outside table and braai facilities. Braai wood will be provided.

The Main House upstairs comprises 3 en-suite bedrooms and 3 balconies that wrap around the house. Two of the bedrooms have a queen-size bed in each, and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. There is a double sleeper couch in the lounge area. Each bathroom has either a shower or a bath, or both. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and the large entertainment area has an indoor braai area, a pool table, and a pizza oven.

Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the nearby activities which include fishing, cycling, swimming, bird watching, mountain biking, and tennis.
