The apartment features a one-bedroom en-suite unit with an extra-long king-size bed that can be converted into 2 extra-long three-quarter beds, as well as a double sofa bed in the lounge suitable for 2 children.
The adjoining studio consists of a one-bedroom open-plan room with a private bathroom, lounge, coffee-making facilities, and a fridge. This unit has a Super King extra-long four-poster bed and an additional sofa bed.
Both units have private entrances.
The apartment includes a well-equipped kitchenette with a fridge-freezer, two-plate gas stove, microwave, frying pan, air fryer, kettle, toaster, and basic crockery and cutlery. The lounge offers comfortable seating and leads to a covered balcony with an eight-seater dining table and stunning views.
Guests have exclusive use of both ground-floor units, while the charming outdoor spaces are shared with the owners, who reside on the upper level of the house. These include a swimming pool, braai facilities overlooking the sea, and an additional outdoor seating area. Secure on-site parking is available for 2 vehicles and a trailer.
The property is located in a peaceful area where small antelope and rabbits roam freely, and birds greet guests with their songs early in the morning. It is far enough from the town to ensure tranquillity, yet close enough for convenience, approximately 10 km from Mossel Bay’s town centre and within walking distance of Dana Bay’s first beach.
