The adjoining studio apartment consists of an open plan sleeping, living and dining area, with a private bathroom, tea- and coffee-making facilities and a fridge. This unit has an extra length super king four poster bed and an additional sleeper couch.
Both units have private entrances.
The apartment includes a well-equipped kitchenette with a fridge freezer, two plate gas stove, microwave oven, frying pan, air fryer, kettle, toaster, and basic crockery and cutlery. The lounge offers comfortable seating and leads to a covered balcony with an 8-seater dining table and beautiful views.
Guests have exclusive use of both ground-floor units, while the charming outdoor areas are shared with the owners who reside on the upper level of the house. These include a swimming pool, braai facilities with sea views, and an additional outdoor seating area. Secure on-site parking is available for 2 vehicles and a trailer.
The property is situated in a peaceful environment where small antelope and rabbits roam freely, and birds greet guests early in the morning with their songs. It is far enough from town to ensure tranquillity, yet close enough for convenience, approximately 10 km from Mossel Bay town centre and within walking distance of Dana Bay first beach.
