Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
a) Our homes are equipped with alarm system. The security service provider is Wolf security company.
b) Barbeque/Braai: We got braai facilities available.
c) Water: The water supply on the South Coast is problematic. Please use water sparingly. The property has 15 000 litres water available and not advisable for human consumption.
d) During loadshedding or power failure; the inverter will cover your lights, television, alarm system.
e) cleaning service available on request.
f) No Smoking/vaping/cigars/Hubble Bumbles allowed in the homes.
g) Please look after our property, Equipment and table ware.
h) No pets allowed.
i) Breaks and cleanliness: Cost of breakages or excessive soiling will be deducted from your rental deposit.
