Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

The maximum number of guests is based on your booking. The Guest Facilitator may occasionally check to ensure compliance. Thank you for respecting the occupancy limits.

Please keep the property tidy during your stay. Make sure to wash the dishes, take out the trash, and hang wet towels and clothes to dry to prevent any potential issues.

Please bring your own beach towels, as they are not provided. Unless otherwise specified. Bath towels should not be taken to the beach.

Smoking is not permitted inside the property. You are welcome to smoke outside, using ashtrays if provided. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

Pets are not allowed unless prior permission has been granted by the owner.

Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. Please be considerate of neighbours, many of whom are permanent residents. Help the host maintain a peaceful environment for everyone's comfort.

Please treat the property as you would your own home. Report any damages or breakages to the guest Facilitator promptly. A deposit is held to cover any replacements if needed.

Basic amenities are provided to get you started. As this is a self-catering property, guests are responsible for purchasing additional amenities if needed during their stay.
