The ground-floor unit comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is accessed via a flight of stairs from the parking area. The main bedroom is furnished with a ceiling fan, double bed, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin. The second bedroom contains a double bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. The second bathroom features a shower, bath, toilet, and basin.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, air fryer, full-size fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, a second refrigerator, crockery, cutlery, and a dishwasher. A small separate laundry room provides access to a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The living area is furnished with two comfortable sofas and a Smart TV suitable for YouTube, with guests able to log in using their own DStv and Netflix subscriptions.
An indoor dining area offers seating for six guests. The living area, kitchen, and bathrooms feature tiled flooring, while the three bedrooms are fitted with vinyl flooring.
Emergency lighting is provided on the refrigerator door, and battery-operated lights are available at the coffee station. Guests also have access to two standard bicycles, playing cards, board games, and a hammock on the patio.
