Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. Smoking is not permitted inside the unit but is allowed on the veranda, where ashtrays are provided. Small gatherings may be arranged by prior request and approval. Visitors may only use on-site facilities with permission from the owner. Guests are kindly requested to avoid placing hot pots or pans directly on the kitchen counters and to use the wooden board provided.
