House Rules
The maximum capacity for the unit is 4 adults.
Please note that no children under the age of 13 are allowed.
Parties are strictly not allowed. If guests are planning a party, Waves would not be the ideal unit for them.
Only the number of guests who have booked and paid for the unit may stay, with no extra guests permitted.
Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Any noise complaints received after 9:00 PM will result in immediate removal from the premises.
Smoking is prohibited indoors, and no pets are allowed, except with prior approval from the owner.
Day visitors are not permitted. A
A fee will be charged for arrivals after 10:00 PM, as specified by the owner, and a fine will apply for late departures.
Replacement of keys and remote controls will incur an additional fee.
The wood-fired hot tub is used at the guests' own risk. Check-out is strictly at 10:00 AM, with a fee for late check-out.
