Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
A cash breakage deposit is required upon arrival and will be refunded within 3-5 days following the guest’s departure, subject to the condition that no damage has been identified and all items provided (including, but not limited to, bedding and towels) have been verified as intact and accounted for.
The property can accommodate a maximum of 23 guests.
No extra overnight visitors are allowed without permission.
Please keep noise reasonable between 21:00 and 23:00 and to a minimum between 23:00 and 07:00 to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone, including our neighbours.
Rooms are allocated according to the number of couples or families per booking.
Smoking is not allowed indoors.
Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
No pets are allowed due to local wildlife.
Guests must keep the accommodation tidy.
Please wash and pack away used dishes, place rubbish in the bins provided.
Leave the space as it was on arrival.
Please use kitchen appliances, furniture, and other amenities responsibly.
Follow any instructions provided for safe use.
Guests are responsible for any damage or breakage during their stay.
Please report any damage or needed repairs immediately.
Parties, weddings, or large events are not allowed unless arranged in advance as part of the booking.

Do not block access for other guests or emergency services.
