House Rules
The person who booked the apartment must be present at check-in. Third parties, even if listed as occupants, will not be allowed to check in without the primary guest who made the booking.
Please note that our apartments are self-service. Daily housekeeping can be arranged at an additional cost.
Kindly note that failure to comply with the following rules will result in a warning, followed by a fine if the behaviour continues.
Smoking of marijuana is strictly prohibited in the apartments.
Smoking of cigarettes is not permitted.
No visitors are allowed.
Social gatherings and disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. Guests who fail to comply may be asked to vacate the apartment.
Quiet hours must be respected between 22:00 and 08:00.
Hanging laundry on balconies or any part of the building/common property that is visible from outside is strictly prohibited.
This includes items such as buckets, mops, brooms, and refuse bags.
Refuse may not be left in front of apartment doors or in fire escapes.
