Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1750 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Guests must pay the required deposit to Lekkeslaap and the balance directly to the owner. No exceptions. A 1.8% handling fee will apply if this rule is not followed.
Guests must adhere to the confirmed check-in and check-out times.
Maximum occupancy is 4; the number of guests booked may not be exceeded.
No loud music, parties, or disruptive behaviour is permitted. Body corporate rules apply. No noise that disturbs neighbours between 22:00 and 08:00.
All rubbish must be removed before departure and placed in the designated bins.
Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
Leave the apartment neat and tidy on departure, as it was on arrival.
Wash all dishes and empty the fridge before departure. Any extra cleaning required (e.g., unwashed dishes) will be deducted from the breakage deposit.
Return keys to the lockbox and scramble the code on departure.
The lift is available for use but may be temporarily unavailable. Access to the third floor may require using the stairs. Please confirm if this poses an issue before accepting your booking.
