Umphafa Bush Camp is a rustic yet comfortable bush retreat. This charming camp offers an authentic Bushveld experience, ideal for families or groups of friends seeking a peaceful escape into nature. This property can comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The main bedroom can be configured with either 1 double bed and 1 single bed, or 3 single beds. The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with 2 single beds. Linen is provided for all guests’ convenience. The camp features an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen that includes a 2-burner gas stove and all necessary utensils, crockery, cutlery, and glassware. A bar counter is available for enjoying drinks or serving meals, and the lounge area provides a comfortable space to relax and soak in the sounds of the Bushveld. Outdoor living is a highlight at Umphafa Bush Camp. Guests can enjoy the braai area with a concrete grill, fireplace, chairs, potjie pots, and tongs, perfect for preparing meals together. Evenings can be spent around the campfire, sharing stories and making memories. A hot shower is available via the traditional “donkey” hot water drum, providing hours of piping-hot water once stoked. Secure parking is available on-site, and the camp’s location offers a true bush escape while remaining accessible for local attractions and activities.
