House Rules
Children aged between 0 and 5 stay free.
Children aged between 6 and 18 pay 100% of the sharing rate.
Terms and Conditions:
1.) All rates quoted are on a room only basis, however, breakfast and dinner are available.
2.) All bookings are subject to availability.
3.) Rooms will be kept until 18:00 on day of arrival unless otherwise assured or guaranteed.
4.) A 50% deposit is required in order to secure your booking unless a travel agent voucher, official credit granted company order authorization is supplied.
5.) Check-in is after 14:00 and check-out is before 10:00, unless special arrangements have been made.
6.) Rates may be subject to change.
7.) Woodpecker Inn will not accept responsibility for rates quoted by anyone, other than ourselves.
