Nice place, but more ideal for larger groups. Gravel road to Zarragosa-Inn, in poor condition - corrugated gravel road. Far from any activities. Place ideal for a large group of people, not an individual family who wants to stay there - have to share the braai and swimming pool area with others, no privacy. Rooms walk out onto the stoep; the room's door always has to be closed. I left/forgot my extension and 2 cell phone chargers there. I have called the owner/manager to return them, but it is the second week now, and I haven't received my things yet. I was told that he will send them via Courier Guy just after Christmas. I sent a WhatsApp yesterday, but received no response. I tried to contact him this morning; he didn't respond. Is there any other way to get my things back?

Did speak to the client; everything has been sorted. Zarrangosa caters for larger families. All roads are gravel roads there, and specifically this gravel road is one of the better ones. The only main road in the park is a tar road. Both swimming pools are for everyone who stays there and all unit doors (Sif doors) main doors open need to be closed for snakes and spiders; we are in the middle of the bush. Photos can be viewed before any bookings.
