Brookwood Estate Trout Farm

Description

The Brookwood Estate Trout Farm is an idyllic retreat located in the Kromdraai valley near Muldersdrift, within the Cradle of Humankind world heritage site. The estate boasts 5 large well-stocked trout dams, ranging from 3 - 5m in depths. Three of the dams are only for fly fishing. The largest of the dams has plenty of bass, yellowfish, carp, and bream. All fish except trout must be released. Come and practice your fly fishing in the Trophy Dam, which is stocked with some of the largest trout in the Highveld. Night fishing is also on offer.
