Description
Green Market Square, located in the Cape Town city centre, is one of the oldest and most popular markets in Cape Town. The cobbled stone square is laden with a variety of African curios, clothing, footwear, accessories, and specialty stands. A number of restaurants and cafes surround the square if you need to take a break from bartering. To add to the stalls, there are usually also a few entertainers in the form of buskers, mimes, or jugglers. The market is always full of people and has a vibrant atmosphere.
