The Peppermill Café is a charming coffee shop situated in The Crags, a mountainous region of Plettenberg Bay in the Western Cape. The coffee shop is open for breakfast, lunch, coffee, and drinks, and offers a variety of meals and condiments to entice the palate.

Start the day with Good Morning Breakfasts consisting of bacon, fruit, crispy croissants, omelettes, and decadent poached eggs topped with hollandaise sauce. If you’re after something a little lighter, you can try the toasted treats or open whole-wheat ciabattas topped with pastrami, Cajun chicken, or hummus with bean sprouts. Other items on the menu include salad bowls with Carpaccio, pesto pasta, light snacks, mezzes, pates, burgers, homemade cakes, and fruit smoothies.

Don’t forget to browse the Mill Centre which displays the country’s largest mohair and textile shop. There are plenty of handmade items on offer here, and the kids can enjoy the play area alongside the Angora Goats.
