"Sentrale akkommodasie vir blommeseisoen. Baie opsies en roetes om te ry."
"Nice place to explore over a weekend. Mountain pass is spectacularly beautiful when it is green."
"After not being there for quite a long time it is still the "oulike dorpie" it used to be. Large choice of lodgings and eateries. It is worth staying for more than one night as there are such a lot of reachable destinations from there."
"A super destination for viewing flowers. Our favourite site was at Matjiesfontein-farm. Stunning flowers. Afterward you can have really tasty gemmerbier and hot food at the restaurant there. Not to be missed is the waterfall a few kms along the Loeriesfontein road. Very good info can be obtained at the church hall in town. Interesting craft fair there too and delicious pannekoek!"
"Best time flower time - not sure how it would rate outside these times."
"A must visit destination lots to do and see. One day is not enough. Very friendly people. Will go back again."
"Friendly people in the town. Clean. Besides the flowers, there is a church to sight see, a motorcycle museum, a Rooibos tea factory and a waterfall nearby. If going to the Quiver tree forest, take the back road to Nieuwoudtville. Interesting scenery."
"Great visit to the Quivertree Forest and the Hatam Botanical Garden. I like that this town celebrates wildflowers"
"In blommetyd reis ek graag Nieuwoudtville toe. "
